I designed, wrote, built and launched murmweb.dev myself.
The question
People who heard about murmweb.dev through friends mostly opened it on a phone, and there it did not work well. The site had to show within a minute what you get, when it is done and whether I can be trusted. And asking for a quote had to work with one thumb.

- Phone first: every part was designed for a 390 pixel wide screen before anything else.
- A quote form that still sends without JavaScript.
- Real work in motion: short recordings of the live sites, with a pause button, that only load when they scroll into view.
- On a computer, an art layer: living ink behind the page, and holding the mouse still anywhere lets the background flow into paint.
- Turn on reduced motion and the page stands still. On a phone the art layer is never even downloaded.
